The article presents some alternatives to incorporate Internet to virtual learningenvironments. For that purpose, it is assumed that the student is the center ofthe educationalprocess and the teacher leads the way. A series of didactic recommendations is given in order to have a teaching planning for a discipline considering objectives, contents, sequence,the method used by the teacher, the evaluation procedures and the use of resources givenby Internet, to generate an environment of significant learning where interaction amongthe teacher, the student and knowledge - mediated by New Technologies of Informationand Communication - facilitates the integral formation.
