The objective of the article is to analyze the management of corporate social responsibility in environmental law through a sample of 6 small and medium-sized companies in the timber sector in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. We used the methodology of descriptive analytical approach based on an exploratory study. The first phase was oriented towards a general vision of CSR, and the second phase consisted of premises detailing concrete actions that would allow us to construct indications of environmental CSR within the companies. The results indicated that the companies were aware of the impact of timber activities.
