This work expose the project experience’s 1779, developed in agreement between IDEAUNALPalmira and CVC, with family farmers in six watersheds of Valle del Cauca. This initiative promotedagroecological principles to reach sustainable agricultural systems, to decrease the regionalecological structure impact. With that aim and based on intercultural dialogue betweenparticipants, were designed and implemented interventions, focusing three components: Agricultural,water and environment, benefiting 210 family farmers. The farmers showed proactiveand propositional attitude due the recognition of their starring role in the transformation of thelocal context and collective wellness construction. In consequence, a spectrum of alternativesfor agroecological transition with practical and methodological approach were arise, that couldbe replicable in other regions of the country.
