The modern world has forced the different systems that govern countries to change the way the law is applied; Among these was the need for its unification, a clear example is the 1988 Model Civil Procedure Code for Ibero-America, whose purpose is to serve as a guide for nations in the way justice is administered. However, at present, its application has been hampered, especially in the introductory procedural acts, since, since its circulation, the technology has advanced a lot and it has lagged behind. Digitization today is found in all aspects of people's lives, including the administration of justice, since it helps the speed and economy of this branch; For this reason, it is proposed to carry out the introductory procedural acts digitally, that is, by email; gather the different controls that the judge must do in one, such as the formal requirements of the lawsuit and the legal control of the same. It is essential to emphasize the possible criticisms that the proposal may have, for which an answer and a possible solution are provided.
