Spanish Abstract: A partir del analisis comparado sobre los sistemas normativos espanol y colombiano que buscan la proteccion de los derechos de las mujeres frente a la violencia de genero, el objetivo del estudio es construir propuestas que fortalezcan los instrumentos existentes y permitan compartir las buenas practicas normativas. Se destacan los avances en regulacion y fortalecimiento institucional impulsados por las organizaciones de mujeres, se resaltan acciones que fortalecen la confianza en procedimientos, que evitan la revictimizacion y garantizan el cumplimiento de los marcos normativos. English Abstract: Compared analysis about the Spanish and Colombian normative systems that aim for the women’s rights protection for addressing gender-based violence. The goal of this study is to build proposals that reinforce the existent instruments and allow sharing good normative practices. The advances in regulation and institutional reinforcement impulsed by women organizations can be underlined, and the actions that fortify the confidence in the procedures are highlighted, because they stop the re victimization and assure the accomplishment of the normative frameworks.
