The present work seeks to establish a possible relationship between electromagnetic signals (EM) and seismic events that occur in the lithospheric system in the central region of Colombia. The relationship of events was made with data from the the Sabana de Bogota Seismological Network (RSSB), a temporary seismological network deployed in Chichimene (Acacias, Meta) and the National Seismological Network of Colombia. The project considered the phases of design and performance tests of seismic signal recording instruments, variations of electric potential and variations of the magnetic field, to then try to identify relationships between these signals. Among the main findings was an almost complete absence of visible electrical disturbances, known as Seismic Electrical Signals (SES) and very few magnetic ones. However, another type of magnetic perturbations were identified, which are promising for long-term analysis.
