The current educational scenarios require all teachers perform competitively in the management of Technology of the information and communication. While I know evidence of progress in the management of these technologies by part of the teachers, their incorporation in the processes have not signi cantly transformed the learning environments, mainly because They keep doing the same things with new tools. It is then up to future teachers, the task of applying these technologies in their educational work, surpassing their use as a simple means and turning them into tools for mediation. For this, the teacher must to be a designer of new educational environments, of digital educational materials that really transform the teaching and learning processes in situations both face-to-face and at a distance.
