Diagnóstico ambiental de emisión de ruido de los establecimientos comerciales de acondicionamiento físico del municipio de Guadalajara de Buga en el Valle del Cauca para el año 2019.
In the present work, it was sought to diagnose the contribution of noise that certain commercial establishments have for physical conditioning purposes, this in order to propose measures for noise reduction, since these emissions can be uncomfortable for the neighbors of the establishments and in turn, they can cause problems for homeowners through lawsuits and fines. For the quantification of noise emission, 3 important aspects were taken into account, the first was the characterization of the physical conditioning centers, the second point was the initial diagnosis of the location of the gyms in relation to the POT of the municipality of Guadalajara de Buga and finally, the noise contribution measurements were made from each of the selected physical conditioning centers, with the help of a calibrated sound level meter from the municipal government, after which, the noise emission calculations were performed, taking into account the provisions of resolution 0627 of 2006. In the first step, it was found that the largest physical conditioning center of all was the Winnerx which with an area of 815 m2, followed by Energym with 595 m2, could also be seen in an analysis carried out on the users who attend these center, that Winnerx has the largest number of attendees, with a number of 558 users, followed by Energym with 480 users; After this, in the second point, it was evidenced that the physical conditioning centers are located in the southern part of the municipality, apart from this, in a review of internal speakers, it was concluded that the center with more speakers was in Power Evolution, with 8 speakers, followed by Energym with 6, in addition to the above, the Power Evolution, is the one that presents the greatest disagreements for its neighbors, since it presents 1 demand for high noise emissions. Finally, in the noise emissions calculations, several aspects could be concluded, since, it was not possible to turn off the source for fifteen minutes in these establishments by decision of the owners, it was decided to use the percentile level parameter (L90) . Once said parameter was used, using the data of the percentile level corrected by schedule, it was evidenced that the measurements in each of the establishments do not comply with the maximum allowable parameters of dB provided in each sector that corresponds to each physical conditioning center, except for the Military Box, but this is due to the industrial zone where the POT classifies this sector, since in this type of zone is where the dB is more permissible compared to the other centers.
