Object: The purpose of this article is developing a diagnosis of strategies used by SENA Pereira’s Fondo Emprender to strengthen Start-Ups areas like processes, people, client, and profit. Methodology: An investigation was applied, focused on measurable results, with a descriptive-type design, including documentary reviewing and application of structured interviews to managers (3), beneficiary entrepreneurs (6), other entrepreneurs (89), and experts in entrepreneurship (18). Finding: A navigation map was built for the entrepreneur, allowing the sketch of concordant and agile work routes based on the approach of the idea, attitudes and aptitudes from the entrepreneur. Besides, fifteen strategies (key factors) were found: among them, eight were deemed as outstanding (success factors). Conclusion: Entrepreneurs who are beneficiaries need tools to find the routes and visualize the process followed by Fondo Emprender. The most relevant strategies to support entrepreneurships are: a) Manage training to widen the skills of the entrepreneur in commercial, administrative, and finance areas; and b) Procure tools from the strength of every manager in the Entrepreneurship Units during the formulation and release stages of the business; hence, accompaniment before and during auditory visits can be handled.
