The text argues the couple’s world contingencies as a relational bond; some authors, that allocate a couple’s world as a conversational dyad, are being resumed, project in which are being knitted interaction, coexistence, and dialog; in brief, communication. “The couple: a conversational and coexistence project in liquid modernity”, is the title given to this article, that comes up from the three authors as a transitional measure on what will be seen in the new construction of today’s couples, and it is here where the baumanian perspective becomes relevant towards a couple-uneven-even as a possible impossibility in today’s construction to be with someone that knows and acknowledge their possibilities and shadows in fragile times. The text finishes with the presentation of six punctual actions seen as challenges towards the couple’s configuration.
