Resumen El desarrollo de capacidades en el ser humano, es un tema relevante en el entorno en el que nos movemos actualmente. Por ello, desde las instituciones de educacion se ha teniendo en cuenta la importancia de crear nuevos espacios de aprendizaje para superar las deficiencias en materia de generacion de habilidades en los estudiantes. En el presente documento se presenta el proceso de creacion e implementacion de un Club de lectura liderado por los estudiantes del Laboratorio Galea de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, para potenciar el desarrollo de las habilidades de lectura en los estudiantes.El desarrollo de club de lectura esta basado en la metodologia del seminario aleman. En el documento se presentan los roles de los participantes y los objetivos a cumplir, las etapas de ejecucion y sus respectivas acciones, asi como el desarrollo de cuatro sesiones. Abstract The development of capabilities in the human being is a relevant issue in the environment in which we are currently moving. For this reason, educational institutions have taken into account the importance of creating new learning spaces to overcome the deficiencies in the generation of skills in students. This document presents the process of creation and implementation of a Reading Club led by students of the Galea Laboratory of the Industrial University of Santander, to promote the development of reading skills in students. The development of the reading club is based on the methodology of the German seminar. The document presents the roles of the participants and the objectives to be achieved, the stages of execution and their respective actions, as well as the development of four sessions.
