Caracterización de elementos de responsabilidad ambiental empresarial como estrategia de mejoramiento y competitividad en un grupo de empresas del Municipio de Tuluá.
The present investigation corresponds to a descriptive study, where the elements of the Environmental Social Responsibility that are applied in the models of the Administrative Management, as a strategy of improvement and competitiveness in companies of the municipality of Tulua, were sought. It was based on the question: What are the elements of Environmental Social Responsibility applied in administrative models, as strategic for the improvement and competitiveness in a group of companies in the municipality of Tulua - Valle del Cauca? A documentary review was carried out on normative elements and indicators of Environmental Social Responsibility, as well as the approach of cases of companies that have been recognized as successful in this management in the period 2014 - 2015, also a structured interview was applied to the people responsible for the management in the companies or sample of this investigation. The deductive method was applied, insofar as it is based on national and international regulations, to infer on the basis of the actions the indicators that determine the Corporate Environmental Social Responsibility. The policies framed in Environmental Social Responsibility, of the companies object of this investigation, are oriented in actions on Production, Raw materials, Electricity (purchase), Electricity (generation), Natural Gas, Water network (aqueduct), Groundwater, Water superficial (river water) and emission of particulate material, finding that in the companies focus their management on the fulfillment of the objectives, through administrative management, where they involve all the collaborators of the organization.
