The following pages explain four moments: First, some conceptual accuracies on conflict are presented, trying to clarify the breadth and complexity of the term, but at the same time placing conflict as substantial part of human relationships. A second moment will consider what is meant by post-conflict and some discussion of how to take it on the possible negotiation between the colombian government and the FARC guerrilla. Thirdly, the possible role of social work in the post-conflict is presented, but not before giving some definitions based on different authors about the discussion of intervention in the discipline. Finally, some remarks are made by way of conclusion.
