Throughout the following investigation, a theoretical development in the framework of bioethics on the and the of the moral agent is presented. With the above, a theoretical proposal takes place around the different ways in which the Colombian armed conflict has affected living organisms in the that surrounds the human being, in addition to the implications that this will generate both in the life of man (as individuality) as in their social development. The methodological development occurs from a qualitative approach with a socio-legal perspective, with which it is intended to execute a reconstruction from the legal ambit of the treatment given to the conception of the as a subject of rights. The range is given within the framework of the aforementioned conceptual analysis, since it results to be a significant expansion of the concepts environment as a subject of rights and responsibility of the moral agent, which are analyzed from a biocentric perspective, making it clear how anthropocentrism develops in them.
