Abstract: COLPLAST SAS is designed to meet customer needs in terms of production and marketing of plastic products. The main objective of this work is to measure the downtime for unscheduled equipment failures; knowing the causes that produce more accurate downtime scheduled machine not mentioned that are suppliers for material handling as reprocessing, color changes, and corrective maintenance. It will develop the following activities to achieve the objectives. • Identify the cause must be attacked with priority. • Identify the material which is rejected by most operators. • Trials with a material called Dyna -Purge ® M. (purge) for color changes. • Apply preventive maintenance.
