Abstract: The company Mamut 303 Coalition SAS: Located in the municipality of Medellin and positioned in the service sector, this time it allowed us to carry out a study of the processes corresponding to the delivery of the vehicles, which arrive at the workshop by individuals or insurers where it provides the maintenance and repair service. Which, is having an inadequate performance generating an immediate delay to delivery, giving a poor service condition. We see ourselves in the need to search for theories about continuous improvement in quality, relying on the PHVA cycle for the correct approach and elaboration of our preliminary project. Therefore, improvement actions are implemented with other tools such as the 5 Why?, Ishikawa diagram, process diagram, which support this development. And therefore activities are estimated for the participation of employees in the organization.
