The design of Educational Materials involves the understanding of many aspects in order to develop tools that effectively support the teaching-learning process within a classroom. The use of new technologies in the classroom opens up extraordinary possibilities for the realization of new pedagogical models aimed at improving the teaching-learning process. This paper presents a suggestion set for the development of computerized educational materials taking into account the philosophy that children build their own knowledge through interaction with experience in the courses they manipulate things to find the balance between their current level of knowledge and the new. It can be argued that it is not the computer that must provide the knowledge structure for the learning process and guide the student through the program, but it is the student who does it. Students should develop their own understanding of the information structure. This involves placing students in an environment that supports ways in which they can build their own understanding on a particular knowledge base or on a piece of information.
