This text is the result of conceptual research on the technical objects that comprise our daily environments. It aims to highlight philosophical considerations derived from the analysis of two questions: What kind of entities are everyday technical artifacts? What role do they play in the construction of human cultures? Artifacts are related and described in niches of material culture, which suggests they have only two dimensions. In our opinion, rather than dual, artifacts are particularly heterogeneous entities.
