The objective of this research is to determine how feasible is the design of a device that allows preventing sudden death in babies and older adults, in addition to knowing what its impact on citizens is, for this case, a survey of a certain number of people, who live in different cantons of the Province of Los Rios, in order to obtain clear and precise information on certain parameters necessary for the development of this project. It was concluded with a favorable result, since people would be comfortable with the execution of this proposal, being an instrument that would positively favor society
