The present work collects information intending to harmonize the administrative actions of Tocaima Mayor's office in the environmental context and sustainable development of the territory, according to the technical standards ISO 14001/2015, GTC 93/2007, and ISO 31001/2018 aiming to direct the administration to phase II - PIGA (formulation of the Institutional Environmental Plan, in Spanish). Under the framework of the statutes, this document focuses on an Initial Environmental Review (RAI) of the organisation. Therefore, carrying out a diagnosis that accounts to the process, environmental impacts and the risk of management. The diagnosis highlights the importance to direct the internal activities towards quality processes, showing the necessity to include these activities in the environmental management system, thus enabling to identify how the management of these activities within the services is provided by the Entity, furthermore, the impact generated. For this study, the following methodological stages were carried out: The first phase was research planning. The second phase was the construction of tools to collect information: checklists and surveys, applying this to the organization, both in the territory and to the collaborators of the Tocaima Mayor's Office. The third phase was the processing of information under the technical standards ISO 14001/2015 e ISO 31000/2018, and the evaluation of the environmental aspects and impacts evidenced by the Mayor's office. Finally, the fourth phase was to prepare and construct an inform, besides impact matrices in congruence with the norm, to have clarity of the strengths that the Entity has concerning the subject studied and the weaknesses on which it must work urgently.
