The COVID-19 pandemic and quarantines implemented to mitigate its impact have led to different social and economic changes around the world. Among these, one of the sectors most affected is transport, where emerging alternatives in recent years have affected its operation. This work provides an overall diagnosis of the impact of the pandemic on shared electrical mobility, (S.E.M.), analyzing the behavior and changes in the operation globally. For this, a literature review of international articles and reports presenting statistics from companies in the S.E.M.. The results indicate that S.E.M. will tend to recover in the medium term, and will be one of the most influenced means of transport in regions such as Europe, East Asia and North America. On the other hand, economically developing regions such as Latin America could take time for S.E.M. to recover and be an essential mode of transport.
