The Research Project recorded the pedagogical experience around the strengthening of the Written Communicative Competence of twelve ninth grade students. It began with the analysis of the results of the SABER tests of a school, identifying a percentage with the greatest deficiencies in learning related to the comprehension of texts and mechanisms that help in the development of a proposed topic. The methodology involved four phases: initial diagnosis, design of the World War II Historian App, implementation of the proposal and analysis to comply with the general objective. In the analysis of the results, it was evidenced that the development of the proposal managed to improve the results by promoting the development of learning by 9.95%, verifying that the Digital Educational Resource created, helped in the learning process of the students.
