It shows how happens the intercultural communication in a group of teachers who completed the complementary cycle, and which are part of the ikun indigenous community ‘arhuaca’, located in Nabusimake, SNSM, this context is characterized by being ethnic and bilingual. Methodologically it was developed by employing eth- nography of communication and theoretically it is based on concepts and categories taken from disciplines such as sociolinguistics, ethno-linguistic and Latinamerican cultural studies.
