The conception and experiences on team training developed in the context of the Diploma in Managementand Business Management is presented, through a procedure that checks the results in the membersof the group. Initial expectations are analyzed taking as reference the competences and actions desired bythe participating cadres; the results of the actions developed during the teaching process are observed,which at the end of the program allows the participants to verify the initially expected results by the participantsthemselves. The impact analysis includes the definition of indicators of participation in lifelong learningand the ability to learn, expressed in results, using techniques based on human criteria. Risk analysis facilitates the reduction of errors and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach for corrections inthe different phases.
