Aprovechamiento del material de excavación para la fabricación del bloque de tierra compactado -BTC- como estrategia de desarrollo sostenible en la construcción del Ecohotel Cannúa en Marinilla, Antioquia
The present investigation was developed to demonstrate the economic, social and environmental benefits in the use of construction and demolition waste -CDW- earth (excavation), for the manufacture of compacted earth blocks -CEB- in construction projects; looking for the technical, financial and community guidelines that give viability to the production of the CEB in the site of the work; according to the actions to be developed in the execution of “Cannua” ecotourism project in Marinilla, Antioquia. The methodology developed in the research is quantitative, from the positivist approach where it is sought to establish the causes of the events, the approach of the processes and their own particularities, studying the schemes of relations in the constructive project and possibilities of solution and reuse of the excavation material for the production of CEB. Based on the descriptive method, on observation and experimentation techniques: selective review, tracking, calculations and tabulations, tests, objective tests, inventories and systemic observations; directed to the excavation material resulting from the construction project. Thus, to conclude and justify the guidelines of the application of the techniques of bioconstruction in the sustentaible construction projects, by means of the analysis of the activities and uses in each process of the constructive work, looking for the replicability of these in different infrastructure projects.
