This is a research work for the Procuraduria General de la Nacion that consists in the analysis of arbitral decisions arising from state contracts, in order to assess the appropriateness and impact of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism from the state perspective, with special reference to participation of the Public Ministry and its influence regarding decisions.
