Spanish abstract: En este trabajo se evalua la coherencia interna de la teoria de la imputacion objetiva, desarrollada por los penalistas alemanes Claus Roxin y Gunther Jakobs, como teoria de la causalidad y de la imputacion en responsabilidad civil. La investigacion se enmarca en el paradigma positivista, en su vertiente logica o analitica, por lo que se realizara un analisis conceptual del objeto de investigacion. Este analisis permitira demostrar que la teoria de la imputacion objetiva no es coherente y carece de sistematicidad como teoria de la causalidad y de la imputacion en materia de responsabilidad civil. English abstract: This paper evaluates the internal coherence of the Objective Imputation Theory, developed by the German criminal lawyer Claus Roxin and Gunther Jakobs as a theory of causation and imputation in civil liability. The works research is done under a positivist paradigm, in its logical or analytical aspect, so a conceptual analysis of the research object will be carried out. This analysis will demonstrate that the Objective Imputation Theory is not consistent and lacks systematicity as a theory of causation and imputation in matters of civil liability.
