espanolIntroduccion: Esta perspectiva conceptual de analisis se desarrollo en el marco del proyecto de investigacion “Practicas logisticas de la cadena de valor de la Industria Turistica y Hotelera del Alto Magdalena”, como respuesta a la necesidad de aportar para en el analisis desde la perspectiva interdisciplinar. Proposito: El principal objetivo es generar una perspectiva conceptual y metodologica desde la administracion logistica, que oriente las relaciones de forma integral y consistente y desde una aproximacion teorica y conceptual de la logistica y redes de valor para que a partir de ellas se pueda establecer y caracterizar un marco metodologico de investigacion en el proceso cohesionando los programas academicos que realizan este ejercicio de indagacion. (Administracion Logistica, Administracion Turistica y Hotelera y Administracion Ambiental). Metodologia: Asi las cosas, se abordo el entorno problemico particular, se precisaron los conceptos desde la Logistica, se reviso el modelo referencial y finalmente: Conclusion: se visualiza la importancia del desarrollo competitivo del sector y se propone el modelo SCOR como marco de referencia para las practicas logisticas del sector. EnglishIntroduction: This conceptual perspective of analysis was developed within the framework of the research project Logistic practices of the value chain of the Tourism and Hotel Industry of the Upper Magdalena, in response to the need to contribute to the analysis from the interdisciplinary perspective. Purpose: The main objective is to generate a conceptual and methodological perspective from the logistics administration, to orient the relations integrally and consistently and from a theoretical and conceptual approach of the logistics. Moreover, to value networks so that from them it is possible to establish and characterize a methodological framework of research in the process making relations with the academic programs conducting this inquiry exercise. Methodology: Thus, the particular problem environment was addressed, the concepts were specified from the Logistics, the reference model was revised and finally: Conclusion: the importance of the competitive development of the sector is visualized and the SCOR model is proposed as a frame of reference for the logistics practices of the sector.
