This degree work proposes the design of a diagnostic tool on the state of the implementation of technologies associated with Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing textile sector of the Aburra Valley. As it may be affected by different factors such as technological advances and globalization; therefore, the textile production system must permanently develop policies that aim at increasing its productivity to stay on the international stage of failing to get to it. In order to reduce the lag in technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution a literatura review should be made with the help of surveys sent to the diferrent companies in the Aburra Valley manufacturing textile sector, it follows that with this information it is possible to devenp´strategies that can be implemented in the sector and consequently, design a diagnostic tool to assess its maturity level; this tool is desingned to know the current situation regarding the level of appropriation defined at work
