Whisper MKT is established in Mexico City and has the purpose of supplying the digital marketing demand of the MiPymes of Cali, Colombia. Therefore, the objective of this monograph was to carry out a marketing plan and a financial viability study in order to minimize the risks of entering the Cali market and identify key success factors that allow the company's sustainability.In addition, it was very important to analyze both internal and external factors that the Whisper MKT company faces in the Cali market. It should be noted that in Colombia, the annual growth in sales of the IT industry has been 16.7% in recent years, this is an opportunity as the company will have the possibility of reaching a portion of the local market.Additionally in Colombia, there is access to capital resources such as Fondo Emprender and Innpulsa and technical support for new companies, which in the future will allow the organization to achieve corporate guidelines. The profitability of the project, in an analysis of 4 years, is of 19,4%. The net present value, is $6.204.445 and the discounted payment period is 4 years.
