This research is directly related to the main objective of this Master as it was possible to analyze the associates life practices to ACEP how the partnership was consolidated and how decisions were made in the last 10 years determine the interaction, occupation, exploitation and individual and collective territory care. Also, an analysis about the impact of public policies and territorial planning practices on the term of this organization in the territory was also performed. The investigation developed on the Paradise Peasant Association ACEP shows the internal and external factors related to Social Capital, Human and Territory development scale that have affected the Association´s sustainability and the welfare partners and their families, located in Sector La Fe, Vereda el Chaparro del Municipio de Puerto Boyaca, Boyaca during 2006-2017 years. Indeed, the documentation of this research was made based on the relevant milestones knowledge in the association´s history since its integration, constitution and development to date, the information instruments for data collection as semi-structured interviews, focus groups and specialized analytical records helped to identify the internal factors: Strengths and Weaknesses and external factors: opportunities and threats that were associated according to their relevance into theoretical framework to the categories: Social Capital, Human and Territory Development scale. Moreover, the prioritized actors in this research to which the semi-structured interviews were applied, were the ACEP members Board of directors, former members and officials from partner institutions, two focus groups were created. One made by Associates and the other with relatives performed, the RAE were performed with the internal Association documents and the relevant Regulations, all this information was carried into matrices that enable the data organization and structuration that finally was expressed in results, conclusions and recommendations at the end of this document. Finally, the results presented and analyzed here allow to validate what has been reported by other researchers and also create the possibility of obtaining new data in the analysis by each category Capital Socia, Desarrollo a Escala Humana y Territorio, in order to contribute with elements that allow to readers recognize into the association its particular characteristics, the complexity of the situations and unique aspects that has been faced. In this way it contributes to the better understanding of this important partnership in significant circumstances such as municipal leaders are living in post-conflict remain relevant to the own partners, municipal governors, academia and society in general.
