This research develops the study of spirituality from a hermeneutical perspective. It is structured through three central chapters, each one with the development of a thematic unit that gives it body, and in each of them a critical balance is made at the end of the exposed topic, looking for the meaningful connections between the parts. A final chapter, the fourth, where the three theoretical positions studied intersect in the light of the questions that guide this research: is it possible to establish in the construction of spiritual reality connections of meaning from neuroscientific research, the approaches of the organization Science of Spirituality and Philosophical Studies on Spiritual Intelligence? If there is the possibility of producing realities in the brain, what is the point of spiritual experiences? What human transformations come from spiritual exercise? At a specific level, if such a transformation is possible, how is neuroscience research implicated in the spirituality of modern life? The objectives are aimed at analyzing the types of reality around the spiritual experience involved in neuroscientific studies, in the experiential proposal of the organization Science of spirituality and in research on spiritual intelligence. The thesis developed throughout the study is stated as follows: There is an intrinsic relationship between spiritual development, spiritual need and human transformation. The results of the research work show areas of realization of spirituality where the inner being grows, the relationship with oneself and with the family and social environment.
