Ethno-education, a component of the regional education system, fulfills functions and establishes relations of various kinds. Reflecting from the theory-practice interaction allows (1) to build information that approximates systematics and (2) to argue about the essence of an education that the State proposes as differentiated and communities as a uniformer. In this sense, how far is the legislation of the community reality? They are initial elements for a qualitative / quantitative analysis of what shapes the ethnoeducational problem. Panoramic documents were revised towards later configurations of the “current state” and vision of a possible horizon (concrete look on the subject: between the ideal - the written - and the real - the acted -).
