The present research work consists in the description and analysis of the current conditions in which a community finds itself, which was hit by the armed conflict, based on standardized forms that were applied to each victim. this under the supervision of personnel such as the lady of the lady light marina palace inhabitant of the municipality of san pedro valle del cauca person belonging to the community sanpedrena who knows the problems of the community and who works with several departmental NGOs, national international veedora of rights human and former director of the umata of the municipality of san pedro if necessary multidisciplinary team with doctor and psychologist In this cross-sectional descriptive investigation, with the population of the corregimiento of buenos aires of the municipality of san pedro valle del cauca that . suffered the armed conflict between 1999 and 2000, I seek to know the state of the population affected by the violence considering that it is It is necessary to address these issues, with critical analysis to present to the community in general the problems suffered from the point of view of each of the people affected, with the purpose of socializing the current needs before the corresponding entities and participating in an active way. in the recovery and insertion of this community before society. The main objective was to establish the situational state of a community affected by the armed conflict in the rural and urban area of the municipality of San Pedro Valle de Cauca and its current problems and possible solutions. the sample was integrated by the inhabitants of the corregimiento of the rural and urban area of the municipality of san pedro valle de cauca who lived through the armed conflict and who could be located and interviewed and wished to collaborate in the study. The investigation ended with the conclusion that we found a total of 8 cases of people who lived at the time of the armed conflict and currently live in the municipality of San Pedro Valle del Cauca. which is corroborated with the crossed table. that is, we find cases of people who were victims of the armed conflict and are still in the municipality of San Pedro. The main problem facing the return is represented by insecurity with a percentage of 65%. we have a population that, for the most part, is sustained by activities derived from various trades. with regard to the qualification of the repair process, they seem to regulate with 40% of the total count. that is, there is a significant percentage of the population that is not satisfied with it. we also find a large percentage of the population that due to the armed conflict decided to abandon their properties (65%). On the other hand, 47.5% of the population has not lost any family, followed by 10% for having lost a husband or wife and children another 10%, but within the entire population 52.5% corresponds to having lost a family member in the fact of the armed conflict. that is, more than half of the population has lost a family member due to the armed conflict. the location of the community plagued by violence is found in three places, out of a total of 40 people, most often 42.5% live in the village, 15 correspond to 37.5% live in the corregimiento and 20% in the municipality of San pedro, within which it can be observed that most of the saints live in the neighborhood with 47.5% of the total count, followed by the guayabal neighborhood with 20% and with 17.5% in the jorge herrera neighborhood. there is a percentage of 40% of the population that has not yet been repaired through productive projects of the state. the need to acquire a health post, for which 30% answered that they did not have a health post and 70% did. that is, there is still a need for health coverage in this municipality.
