This article seeks to analyze the current situation of La Guajira higher education in terms of inclusion. For this, a specialized review was carried out in which 75 publications on the subject were studied, taking into consideration conceptual elements such as interculturality, inclusion and higher education. As a conclusion, an established reflection was obtained from the higher educational inclusion and its pedagogical role in the construction of society, by the actors that make up the university training process. Considering this, we seek a quality training process that respects differences (creed, race, language, and culture), as well as an educational model that directs its efforts towards attention to diversity.
