Nivel de incorporación de los principios y temas ISO 26000 en la legislación colombiana aplicable a las organizaciones empresariales de bienes y servicios
The present work established the level of incorporation of the principles and topics of ISO 26000 in current Colombian laws that oblige business organizations, to do this the 38 subtopics of ISO 26000 were grouped by subject affinity into four categories: Organizational, Social, Environmental and Operational. Then using the portals of the Colombian State where the database of the laws issued since 1886 is found, the laws that were related to each of these aspects were reviewed, later taking them to a matrix. With this information, we proceeded to weigh and calculate the level of incorporation of the principles and topics contained in ISO 26000 in current Colombian legislation for business organizations of goods and services. An onboarding level for private business organizations was established at 58%. But the study showed a differentiating component towards public capital business organizations, the so-called State Industrial and Commercial Companies - EICE; because in them the level of incorporation is 83%. This difference is reflected in the fact that public accountability and all other elements of the organizational category are mandatory in them, which is not the case in private ones, highlighting that in both types of companies the environmental aspects, labor rights and on consumer rights are incorporated in their entirety.
