Efecto de la aplicación de un plan de entrenamiento lúdico recreativo para mejorar la motricidad fina del grupo de adulto mayor tercera juventud del muniicipio de Andalucía
This research was carried out in order to implement a proposal that helps to improve the quality of life of the elderly, allowing him to have a high degree of functionality when performing his daily tasks. A training plan was developed based on recreational activities with the purpose of improving the fine motor skills of the members of the older group Third Youth of the municipality of Andalucia. To do this, a pre-test is started where the current state of the fine motor skills of the members of the older adult group is determined, from which the intervention plan is elaborated with a duration of 14 weeks, 5 weekly sessions of 1 hour Each session, where activities were carried out, games and crafts focused on the development of fine motor skills. In order to complete the research, a post test was carried out, where the results obtained when applying the training plan were verified. These results were processed with the SPSS statistical package to accept or reject the hypothesis, the pre and post test data were recorded in the software And the T. Student test or non-parametric tests will be performed depending on the statistical assumptions. This research had a quantitative approach, with a Pre-experimental design, with a longitudinal cut, with a type of explanatory scope and the use of the oculo-manual coordination test as an assessment tool. Therefore, after performing the relevant tests to the results obtained in the tests, it was found that in the case of the women, results of p <0.05 were evidenced indicating that after the intervention process statistically significant changes were obtained, and In the case of men p = 0.166, this indicates that for the male gender there were no changes after the training performed. The research project culminated and after obtaining the results it was determined that the intervention process had a positive impact on the fine motor skills of the third adult youth of the municipality of Andalusia, where fine motor work played a very important role in helping To improve the quality of life of the members, allowing them the adequate development in their activities of daily life.
