This article presents the implementation of the “WISE methodology, increased productivity and a better workplace “in some production units associated with the centers of zonal development (CEDEZO) of the Medellin city, is intended to find concrete solutions that lead to improving conditions of work and thus to increase productivity. Associated with the CEDEZO SMEs require work in strengthening its infrastructure, both on the part of the Organization’s work, and in the part of human resources management, in physical conditions, services of well-being and occupational health staff and employees.
