Spanish Abstract: Las recomendaciones a la Politica y a la Estrategia de Apropiacion Social de Ciencia, Tecnologia e Innovacion (ASCTI) recopila las sugerencias que hicieron los participantes al V Foro Nacional ASCTI, que tuvo lugar en noviembre de 2014 en Bogota (Colombia). El texto agrupa tres momentos: el primero da elementos de contexto de lo que se entiende por la Politica y la Estrategia ASCTI en el pais. Segundo, la metodologia utilizada para identificar y recopilar las recomendaciones. Y tercero, las recomendaciones que resultaron de los espacios de participacion nacional y que fortalecerian la politica y a las cuatro lineas de accion de la estrategia. Al final, se relacionan las conclusiones generales. English Abstract: The recommendations regarding the Policy and the Strategy of Social Appropriation of Science, Technology and Innovation include the propositions made by participants during the Fifth National Forum on SASTI which was held in Bogota (Colombia), November 2014. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part describes the context of the Policy and the Strategy of Social Appropriation. The second part discusses the methodology used to identify and compile the recommendations. The third part specifies the recommendations to enhance the SASTI Policy structure as well as the four lines of action of the Strategy. Finally, the authors give some general conclusions.
