Economics is a science deployed in historical time, and as such it is subject to the changes and effects of historical evolution; this means that the past is not necessarily past. The present is present and the future a projection of the past and the present, that is, not everything is an exact and rigorously strict linear sequence, but there are oscillations that alternate this continuity and thus the emergence of theories that applications and modifications had been discarded. It should be noted that all this always occurs in an evolutionary function, of a social, economic, political and technological advance.
