espanolEste articulo se construye pensando en los que fueron considerados retos para la intervencion del Trabajo Social desde el proceso de formacion y la experiencia de practica profesional en el campo problematico de la salud. Se realiza a partir de establecer argumentos desde la experiencia y el sustento teorico de los mismos, desde la busqueda bibliografica sobre los temas aqui expuestos, contrastando teoria y praxis alrededor de aspectos como la etica, el ser sujetos eticos, la construccion del objeto de intervencion a partir del analisis riguroso del campo y la poblacion que en el converge, y como estos dos hacen parte de un espacio macrosocial constituido por la sociedad, donde se interviene desde los nucleos microsociales para generar impacto y bienestar. Todo esto desde una praxis profesional en constante reflexion, siendo conscientes del impacto que mis interacciones pensadas pueden tener en el otro/a. EnglishThis article is based on those that were considered challenges for the intervention of Social Work from the training process and the experience of professional practice in the problematic field of health. It is based on the establishment of arguments from the experience and the theoretical support of the same, from the bibliographic search on the themes presented here, contrasting theory and praxis around aspects such as ethics, being ethical subjects, construction of the object of intervention from the rigorous analysis of the field and the population that converge in it, and as these two are part of a macrosocial space constituted by society, where it is intervened from the micro-social to generate impact and well-being. All this from a professional praxis in constant reflection, being aware of the impact my intended interactions can have on the other.
