Reflexionar sobre el rol que han tenido los jovenes en una sociedad como la nuestra, demanda repensar los elementos que configuran su identidad(es) y mas alla de identificarlos, se busca desde una perspectiva critica, comprender la manera en que instituciones de socializacion como la familia y escuela los configuran. El proposito de este articulo es mostrar a traves de distintas investigaciones el impacto de las politicas neoliberales sobre las instituciones mencionadas en el contexto de instalacion de la Constitucion de 1991 en Colombia. Los hallazgos no solo evidencian la modificacion estructural que sufre la familia y escuela, sino las implicaciones directas en la configuracion de las nuevas identidad(es) en los jovenes. Subject, subjectivity and subjectivation: a look at research on identity (ies) in young people in a Latin American context ABSTRACT Reflecting on the role that young people have had in a society like ours, requires rethinking the elements that make up their identity(ies) and beyond identifying them, it is sought from a critical perspective, to understand the way in which socialization institutions such as the family and school configure them. The purpose of this article is to show through different investigations, the impact of neoliberal policies on the institutions mentioned in the context of the installation of the 1991 Constitution in Colombia. The findings not only show the structural modification suffered by the family and school, but also the direct implications in the configuration of the new identity (ies) in young people.
