The project in its initial phase proposes a master plan that brings together the fundamental dynamics of the municipality of Turbo (scientific , tourist , artisanal and community and educational dynamics). Aimed at the conservation, awareness and preservation of the existing marine ecosystem in this sector.From the tourist and educational dynamics, we develop an interactive museum proposal projected towards our own experience. The architectural intention is focu-sed on stimulating and synthetically hosting the other activities contemplated in the proposed master plan, starting from an adequate infrastructure, incorporating design criteria in favor of human environmental awareness. The project unfolds in four stages of interaction, a first of introduction to the experience and approach to the environment, a second of education and learning, a third cultural and finally a fourth more intimate stage of rehabilitation and monitoring of species.In order to plan from experience the importance of the development of the Turbo region from the environmental and community level as the enormous maritime heritage that it is.
