Spanish Abstract: La cultura y la tecnica son dos ejes de conformacion de lo humano que no siempre han sabido dialogar. El caracter de lo simbolico parece renir con la aplicabilidad de lo tecnico en la constitucion del desarrollo cientifico y tras el, el despliegue del conocimiento. El mundo de los simbolos que defiende tradiciones colectivas parece regirse por imaginarios arbitrarios que no soportan constatacion y definen escenarios de conservadurismo ideologico, mientras que el universo tecnico ofrece un campo abierto de progresos funcionales que expanden el sentido mismo de lo humano. Partiendo de aqui, el presente ensayo busca los puntos de interseccion entre lo cultural y lo tecnico segun dinamicas de conformacion de memoria colectiva (cultura y mnemotecnia) desde presupuestos variables en los sistemas de auto organizacion tecnica. En este sentido, si bien las tradiciones culturales definen una memoria colectiva, es solo a partir de la administracion de linajes tecnicos que puede definirse tanto las formas de pensamiento de una epoca como su caracter de desarrollo funcional. English Abstract: Culture and technique are two ways to understand the human fact that have not always been able to discuss. The symbolic character seems to quarrel with the applicability of the technical methods in the constitution of scientific development and the development of knowledge. The world of symbols appears to be governed by collective traditions from scenarios ideological conservatism, while technical universe offers an open field of functional advances that expand the very meaning of the human. From here, this paper seeks points of intersection between the cultural and the technical. We understand Culture as dynamic shaping collective memory (mnemotechnical practices) that form variable budgets in technical self-organizing systems . In this sense, although cultural traditions define a collective memory, it is only after the administration of technical lineages can be defined both ways of thinking of a time and its functional character development.
