The analysis of the post-war period’s historic context (II World War) let us understand and explain that all the actions taken regarding agriculture in Colombia arose from a modernization project. Now, the analysis of this modernization project involved national and internationals interests, which disagree each other leading to contradictions and catastrophic implications for the economy of the country.
