espanolEste documento describe una metodologia para la construccion de Indicadores Clave de Desempeno (KPI) en el sistema Ferroviario de Colombia, con base en una revision de KPI en el sistema de corredores logisticos. La metodologia utilizada para la construccion de los KPI para el modo ferreo consta de tres etapas. En la primera etapa, se desarrolla una revision de la literatura de KPI para los distintos modos de transporte. En la segunda etapa se caracteriza el sistema Ferreo de Colombia con el fin de describir la situacion actual en este modo de transporte. Por ultimo, en la tercera etapa, se construyen los KPI, producto del proceso de cruce de informacion de las etapas 1 y 2. EnglishThe purpose of this presentation is to describe the methodology carried out for the construction of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Colombian Railway System, based on a thorough review of KPI logistics corridors. The methodology used for the construction of the KPI to the railway mode comprises three stages. In the first stage, a literature review for the KPI in different transportation modes is developed. The second stage consists in characterize the Colombian Railway System in order to describe the current situation in this freight transportation mode. Finally, in the third stage, the KPI’s are constructed, product of information crossing process of the first and second stage.
