Since November of 2018, the company Inmel Ingenieria S. A. S. presented deficiencies in the traceability of services corresponding to the development of activities related to the project Loss control for mass market clients, business clients, clients of other marketers and control of the macro-system measurement, definition and execution of technical measures, reading and control of the telemetry system on site, in the coverage area of the project that covers the north of Cundinamarca and municipalities of influence under the responsibility of Enel-Codensa S. A. ESP. The project showed weaknesses in the contractual compliance of the service level agreements (ANS) of quality, safety and execution of the assigned operations; and this breach of the project led to economic sanctions and a financial decrease of the company. Faced with this problem, an improvement plan was designed to address deviations from the ANS, and it allowed to correct the management of the project and its results. This plan was designed by applying the methodology of the logical framework for monitoring and evaluation of projects, and the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, complying with the KPIs defined in the contract. In the same way, advances obtained through the implementation of the project improvement plan are presented, as well as the way in which its evolution allows the control of the ANS, the reduction of sanctions and the improvement of the project's KPIs.
