espanolLa formacion educativa en ingenieria es un elemento necesario para el desarrollo de un mundo sostenible; los organismos internacionales han hecho un especial enfasis en el conocimiento como la herramienta primordial para mejorar las condiciones actuales que vive la sociedad mundial. En este sentido, el cuarto Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) tiene como proposito “garantizar una educacion inclusiva y equitativa de calidad y promover oportunidades de aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida para todos”. Asi es como, este articulo busca identificar los niveles de implementacion del cuarto ODS en las facultades de ingenieria acreditadas en Colombia a traves del analisis de las misiones y visiones propuestas por las instituciones. Dicho analisis cientifico se realiza por medio del Metodo de Comparacion Constante, utilizando el software Atlas.ti para el estudio sistematico de la informacion. EnglishThe engineering academic preparation it's a necessary element for the development of a sustainable world; the international organisms have made a special emphasis in the knowledge as a primal tool to make the actual conditions in which the world society lives gets better. In this sense, the fourth sustainable development goal (SDG) has the purpose to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning. This article seeks to identify the levels of implementation of the fourth SDG in the accredited engineering faculties in Colombia, through the analysis of the missions and visions proposed by the institutions. This scientific analysis is carried out by means of the Constant Comparison Method using the Atlas.ti software for the systematic study.
