Food for boys and girls, tastes of grown-ups: the importance of a differential menu for the Afro-descendant early childhood of Cali is a book that delves into a field of research little explored in our country, the relationship between kitchens, food , and culture, with an applied approach. The book takes us to know the eating practices of the Afro-descendant population and focuses on showing the reality of cooking and eating for the families of the Pacific that live in the Potrero Grande sector, east of the city of Cali. In addition, it explores and proposes an offer of differential menus for the feeding of early childhood children, strengthening their cultural identity.
