Entrepreneurship is a tool for planning to lead communities into development. Since all societies or all individuals within a country do not have the same status to achieve entrepreneurship conditions, they must either lead or create the conditions for entrepreneurship development. Given that half of all people in each society are women. Women's participation in various jobs is essential for the growth of society. The empowerment and participation of women in various economic, social, technical and other fields is one of the indicators of production in any country. Entrepreneurial women in rural areas play an important role in creating and promoting employment and improving the economic situation of society and the family; and they have a place in the development of their village.
